We'd rather point to something we built and own ourselves: PathwiseJobs.ai is an AI-powered career platform designed, engineered, and owned outright by WorkforceWhiz — not a client deliverable, a portfolio company we hold on our own books.

02Two identities, one builder

PathwiseJobs.ai carries its own name, its own visual identity, and its own website — deliberately. A consumer-facing AI product shouldn't look like a B2B consulting firm, and we don't think blending the two brands would serve either one well. What we do want to be clear about is the ownership: WorkforceWhiz built PathwiseJobs.ai from architecture through launch, and continues to own and operate it today. Separate branding, disclosed ownership — that's the model.

03What PathwiseJobs.ai does

  • Profile de-identification — a candidate uploads a resume or pastes a bio, and the system removes names, exact locations, and other demographic markers while preserving the operational substance: what they did, and the scale and outcome of it.
  • Skill visualization — experience is mapped across four dimensions (hands-on execution, situational and leadership response, process and safety discipline, and profile verification status) as an interactive radar chart, giving a quick visual read on a candidate's profile shape rather than a flat chronological list.
  • Sector-aware framing — candidates select their field (healthcare, logistics, trades, tech, or a custom blend), and the platform tailors its vocabulary and comparisons to that field's terminology, rather than treating every résumé the same way.
  • Structured data for search visibility — profiles are published with schema.org-standard structured data, the same approach legitimate job platforms use to help search engines and job aggregators surface listings and profiles more reliably.
  • User-controlled profile storage — the working profile is encrypted client-side, with the candidate holding the primary copy; syncing to the cloud ledger is an explicit, opt-in action, not a default.

04How a candidate uses it

  • Upload or paste a profile

    Resume, PDF, or a plain-text summary of experience — the system extracts the operational substance.

  • Review the de-identified version

    The candidate sees exactly what was stripped and what was kept before anything is saved.

  • Select a sector

    Healthcare, logistics, trades, tech, or a custom blend — this sets the vocabulary and comparison benchmarks used.

  • Publish and share

    A shareable profile link goes out to employers, carrying the de-identified profile and structured data for discoverability — without exposing personal identifying details.

A note on compliance claims

The platform helps candidates in regulated fields (healthcare, logistics, tech) present their compliance-relevant experience — safety records, certifications, and regulatory-adjacent responsibilities — clearly. It does not itself certify or grant HIPAA, DOT, or ISO compliance status; those remain determinations made by the relevant regulatory bodies and the candidate's employer. We're explicit about that distinction with users.

06Why we build our own products

Running a real AI product ourselves changes what our Product Development & Consulting service actually is. Every recommendation we make on architecture, technical hiring, or build-vs-buy comes from having shipped and operated something ourselves — not from advising on products we've never had to maintain, scale, or take responsibility for. Clients building their own product get a partner who carries that risk in their own business too.

07What's next

PathwiseJobs.ai is the first venture under WorkforceWhiz's own roof, not the last. As the studio side of the business grows, this page will list every product we own — each with its own brand, its own team, and the same disclosed-ownership model.
